How we gather prices
Prices on foodmenu are collected from official restaurant websites, branded mobile ordering apps and other published sources. We do not accept advertiser payments in exchange for listing specific prices or for marking prices as verified. Every price entry includes a source type so you can understand where the data came from.
Verification levels
Official
Sourced directly from a restaurant's own published materials, their website, app, or press-released nutritional guide. This is the highest confidence level.
Manually verified
An editor personally confirmed the price from a primary source, such as the live menu on the restaurant's website or app.
Auto-collected
Gathered programmatically from a public official source. The data has not been individually reviewed by an editor but originates from a primary channel.
Unverified
User-submitted or historically sourced. These prices have not been independently confirmed. Use them as a rough guide only.
How often prices are updated
We update a menu when we confirm a price change. Each menu page displays the date data was last verified. If that date is more than a few months old, treat the listed price as a rough estimate and confirm at the point of purchase.
